With modular, mass timber elements, we propose a communal living scheme for the art & sculpture park in Ghent, New York. Art OMI hosts a variety of artists, including writers, painters, architects, sculptures, and musicians. Two residents share four pods, organized around a central courtyard. The open floor plan of each pod allows residents to customize and reorganize their sleeping and studio quarters as their residency progresses.
